Partner/Co-Owner
Alan Kobayashi is the managing partner at KKDLY LLC. Alan has more than 40 of years’ experience providing tax, audit and advisory services. He has specialized in Corporate, Partnership, and Individual tax.
Alan also provides Audit and Advisory services to clients in the non-profit, construction, retail, and manufacturing industries. Prior to becoming a founding partner of KKDLY LLC in 1990, Alan provided audit services while at KPMG Peat Marwick, Arthur Young & Company and Main Hurdman and Company.
Alan received a Master in Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii. He is a certified public accountant in the State of Hawaii and a certified management accountant.
Alan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Managing Partner / Co-Owner
Harshana is a managing partner of HI Accounting Solutions Inc. and is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations. Harshana has more than 15 years of experience with providing tax and advisory services to various corporate clients.
Prior to working with HI Accounting Solutions Inc., Harshana worked for a Big 4 accounting firm, where he focused on Corporate and Partnership Tax and Forensic Accounting practices.
IT
Shannon is responsible for the company’s cybersecurity and IT practices, ensuring security and protection for client and financial data. For more than 20 years, he has worked with various law firms, accountants, banks, and insurance companies. Shannon has also worked with the United Nations, U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Department of Housing and Lockheed Martin.
